Tip leads to arrest in Holmes burglaries

BONIFAY - A citizen's tip helped lead to the arrest of a man suspected in two business burglaries here. Richard William Bove, Jr., 45, of Westville, was arrested just over the Alabama state line Friday. The Holmes County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that the Motley Mall in New Hope and the Dixie Dandy in Pine Log were burglarized early Thursday morning. An investigator at the scene received a tip about a suspicious vehicle that led to the identification of Bove. He is charged with two

Oil up! Freak out! Dow up? Shut up! The state-run media in Canada (and the citizen-owned media who do their best to compete with them) all lament, daily (with intra-day lament updates, all day long), the price of a barrel of oil, and the resulting price of gas. The Russian Soyuz space capsule carrying a three-member crew including South Korea's first astronaut landed Saturday in Kazakhstan, about 2420 kilometers from the planned landing area, Russia's Interfax news agency said.

If you have been following me on Twitter, you probably read about my latest flip flop adventures as of yesterday. It’s the first time since Christmas in Florida that I put them on and spent the entire day shopping. Not a good idea. But that aside, they are my all time favorite shoes and I’m always on the look out for a few new colors. I don’t have even one pair that have color on the soles. I like that feature and I like the platform as well. Flat flip flops simply don’t work for me!! Honestly

So the Midwest of the US was rocked by an unusual 5.2 earthquake. Looking at Google Trends, which shows popular recent queries, I can see people immediately hit the search engines with queries like illinois earthquake, chicago earthquake and midwest earthquake. So how did the search engines do?
